Hi Dhwani I understand the dilemma you are in, but I would suggest you to complete the 4th sem and then shift your colleges, otherwise you will have to start 2nd year from a different college with lateral entry maybe even 1st year. Some colleges have implemented NEP give certification after 1st year completion of UG, Diploma after 2nd year completion of UG and Degree after 3yrs completion, so you can try in these colleges as well. But remember in order to be eligible for Masters, you need to have a 3yr Degree, so it is better to complete 3yr UG Degree.
